As it was confirmed last week, William James Ryder was scheduled to be the special guest commentator during the Johnny Franklin Kobain versus Corey Lazarus match on the 19th August Metal house show presented by Iconic Professional Wrestling. If you have watched the broadcast then you are aware that Ryder was not present on the show in any capacity whatsoever. The non-appearance have many questioning what exactly happen as it was verified (via Ryder's own Twitter account) that the former EHWF Anarchist was in attendance of the West Los Angeles National Guard Armory.
Many rumors are swirling with the most prevalent being that Ryder was purposely pulled from the broadcast due to him not being contractually bound to IPW in any form. It is a fact that Joshua Samson, Esquire (owner of IPW) and Ryder have been in a lengthy contract negotiations over the past few weeks with neither side coming to any kind of mutual agreement. It stands to reason with IPW in it's infantile stages, Samson will surely be looking recruit sponsors and to secure a television deal. From a business standpoint it only makes logical sense that Samson is seeking to build IPW's future only on contract bonded talent.Taken from IPWFanz.com
