Iconic Pro Wrestling Lady Icon Suffers Broken Jaw

Faline Reynolds better known as Savannah reportedly broke her jaw at the Chaos live televised event in Santa Monica, California on Tuesday night, according to incoming reports. Savannah was competing in the First Round of the Television Championship Tournament when she received a “legal” brass knuckle right punch from her opponent and fellow Lady Icon, Tiffany Prada.

"On Tuesday night, following an in-ring injury to the right side of her jaw, we sent [Savannah] to the ER for a cat scan," IPW medical personnel Dr. Jeff Westerfield told IPWFanz.com. "The test came back showing a severe jaw fracture. As a result, she will be getting her jaw wired and we are looking forward to her being back in action in about eight weeks."
