Take all the time you need to heal. I already alerted Tate to what happened and if you can that's great and if you can't that's fine. Do what is best for you.

As far as I am concerned, you have no reason to feel obligated to promo. Take the time you need to focus on this ordeal and come back when you are ready. Real life takes priority.
