Iconic Professional Wrestling's future is in the news and this time it is about the possibility of a change in ownership.
Wrestling Starer's David Seltzer speculated on this week's Wrestling Starer Newsletter about the future of the company when he talked about California Wrestling owner Ethan Roerich reportedly looking to buy Iconic Pro Wrestling.
David Seltzer said that CW owner, Ethan Roerich has been telling people that he was looking to purchase IPW. He admitted he could not say whether there was any validity to this statement.
“Ethan Roerich, who runs California Wrestling, has told several people that he’s looking at buying Iconic. We don’t know if that’s just talk or something serious.”
California Wrestling and Xtreme Wrestling Organization both have a working relationship with IPW. With CW reportedly looking to expand and gain a foothold in Western United States, it is plausible that they will look to purchase IPW. The rumor possibly has some credibility as Joshua Samson, Esquire, the managing-member of Iconic Media LLC, the owners of IPW, cryptically tweeted days ago:
